📦 Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used diffusers cannot be returned once opened — but we’ll still make it right if there’s an issue.
⚙️ Defective or Damaged Items
If your diffuser doesn’t produce smoke, light, or arrives damaged:

🚚 Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe (usually 7–15 business days):
